Challenge
Cadbury wanted to offer Amazon customers a unique benefit of taking part in their Worldwide Hide experience; the ability to send real chocolate, instead of a virtual substitute.
Solution
My team integrated an existing experience (built by VCCP) into a seamless customer journey on Amazon, allowing people to hide a virtual easter egg - anywhere in the world - and then send an actual chocolate gift to that same friend or loved one as a reward.
We also built a suite of new creative media to bring customers to our new experience.
Results
Several never-been-done achievements for this campaign, including a successful implementation of a white-labelled shopping tool, as well as integration of a third-party technical solution as part of an Amazon Advertising campaign.
